Well Euros are much easier to lvl than their chinese counterparts because of the way that the parties work.
A chinese legit I would expect not to be much higher than maybe 28 but a Euro whos been a part of a good party could very well be 32 I wouldnt say much higher though.

Yeah and that's an int chinese for sure because, from my experience in Pacific, only int-based builds lvled that fast. The legit KissMyGlavie in _Art_of_War_ was the strongest str (or maybe 2nd strongest) at lvl 33 around this time in the server. Mai will probably get owned by Avalon rogues...
