Skin change? I feel bad for you if you need to do that. It's the worst ripoff in the Item Mall, IMO. But this is coming from a guy who re-rolled at 30 because he screwed up his name/skin so I probably shouldn't talk.

I did it once. It's like character creation: choose skin, size, hit button and poof. You don't need to unequip your gear if you don't want to change your character's gender.
