Lock please.

Reason for lock: I created my own set, and I am going to post them to the artists corner to be ridiculed at some point. And so I can see if anyone has an amazing idea.
I'm truly sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, but I think this would be the best place to post this.
I know I'm bound to get a "You could make one yourself"... but neither artistic abilities nor photoshop exist for me... Here is the best I could do, for both a union emblem and a guild emblem.
I know it's horrible... but it's the best I can do with paint. If anyone is capable of this *extremely hard* task, I would like 16 by 32, 24-bit, .BMP for a guild logo. Anything cool looking will do, so long as it incorporates the American flag or states somehow that the guild is an American guild. If at all possible, a small flag with a larger cool design would be preferred, though if it looks cool, I don't care =).
If you want to separate the picture into unionmark.bmp for the left half, and guildmark.bmp for the right half, that would just be a little extra awesomeness =).
Sorta OFT: In a tight guild vote we decided that the American concept was worth more than the floating blunt concept... in order to eliminate possible confusions. >.>
