Although I am not an artist perhaps I can help.

How to ask for a sigYou'll notice there is a template that can be used for requests.
Also, I noticed that your pic of the flag was very low resolution.
You'll do better to find a high def example so that it can be used.
In the meantime maybe you like this AVI?
