TEMPLATE:
Name/Build/Etc as you want it spelled on the signature:
Size - Give a pixel value, examples:LG - 500x200, MED - 375x125, SM 250x100, or Avatar.
Content - What do you want in it? (This is the appropriate place to place any links to material you wish to be included in the piece)
Additional Comments/Information/Gratitude:
Could you maybe fill out that template. It will make it easier for who ever takes your request. This way they don't have to ask you questions about size, text etc. etc. Good luck.
