Help with Pic

Can some one like make the picture look good. I mean dont Resize the image just do some thing like u would do on a sig.

I'd help you but I have some exams tomorrow, haven't been going to my lectures so I need to study. If someone doesn't take this on in the next couple days I'll see what I can do.
