Try following this;
I'd personally pay no heed to the 75 post minimum rule as most of the artist who are willing to do requests' will do them regardless as long as the request it self is constructed well enough. So follow the template and you should be fine because your current way of asking is usually reserved for the more veteran members and even then it isn't received well.

TEMPLATE:
Name/Build/Etc as you want it spelled on the signature:
Size - Give a pixel value, examples:LG - 500x200, MED - 375x125, SM 250x100, or Avatar.
Content - What do you want in it? (This is the appropriate place to place any links to material you wish to be included in the piece)

Haha, I thought it was kind of funny you actually made him one.
I mean, there's nothing wrong, but I've never seen someone actually make a sig when someone requests it in their "Ay Wassup Dawgs I'm New" thread.
