does the sig rule(75 posts needed to request) count for guild/union emblems too?

Lol so i have over 75 posts now wooot hopefully 100 posts is around the corner.
so this is my guild emblem i want to modify but i cant, can someone put a little 9 on lower right hand corner, i want to 9 in some fancy font

Done. I made two. Take one if u like, if not then it's very easy to do.
