put them wherever you think it will fit.
As for the size, idk really, because the pic needs to be cuted (somewhere around the chest i guess, i want the whole thing on her back to be showing, when i tried to cut it i got 500x220), so make it as you like, it have to be a proper size for a siggy. Feel free to do whatever you want to the pic, bacgrounds, frames, do it as u want
My only request is, when you cut it, the down side or the pic where her hand is doesn't look really good, so if you could dim it a little or idk how it's called in artistic language, but i hope someone understands my idea

you need a image thats more of a square or rectangle, the size doesn't matter we can resize. but i can't work with the shape that image is in.

or gimp
but gimp is kinda hard to figure out

Not very long, I use Photoshop.

You could do a hell lot more with that image if you used photoshop CS3.
I'm only using Picasa3 and i could do that xD

I use CS2, I'm not very good with stock image sigs. Not too handy with brushes either.

it looks more like blur affect then smugging.

I did a bit more than that.
I need to learn some more effects for stock image sigs.

o.O CS3 may have more features, but you can make pieces just as good if not better in earlier versions if you know what you're doing. You don't pop out amazing sigs just because you have PS either...

Just saying, after seeing what photoshop CS3 or CS2 can do.... ionno. it still looks nice i have to admit.
