Size - MED - 375x125 // 425x175 ish'.. whatever looks good to accommodate the picture size

Content - I'd like something that looks professional ( clean smooth look ) that retains the jersey/skin color. The portion of Mathews that I want would be like on my sig. down below. I'd also like a darkish color theme to it, not bright colors like yellow and etc. The one I have now is a pretty good example.
