Advent and Legendary Notice

I will be typing the topic here because I don't want to have a long discussion about it on union chat.

Discussion will refer to guild Advent and Legendary (mainly). First of all, there are a lot of botters out there and we all know. My main objective here was to be the make a well known legit guild and having fun with friends, guild and union. But looking around Mars and any other server, especially the newest servers, I see mainly bots around. I see people lieing that they don't bot but then 10 minutes later I catch them on the high way of Kokoru West gate botting.

So here are my objectives now:
- Merge both Advent and Legendary Guild
- Keep Advent due to high guild level or make new guild (that everyone agrees on)
- Leader and 5 members I know of will be leveling up guild
- People will be transported slowly
- Everyone in guild will be legit and active
- Active party leveling
- Won't spend so much gold on both guilds but just one
- Different time zone equals, guild being active more than 6-12 hours a day
- Better guild wars, job wars etc
- Being a European guild, we can probably own any other guild (especially botters)

Even though some may think this won't work. I'll post some answers I gave to some union members.

What if it fails?
It won't cause of everyone's activeness, and partying will be fun. No one expects you to be on SRO 24/7.

Will the guild have space for everyone?
The members I am referring to are mainly the first people who signed up for Advent, Lethal and Legendary. Most likely SRF members first, and those who have been loyal and active second. Most likely we will have space, especially at Guild level 5, holds 50 members I believe.

Everyone starts botting?
They may quit for their old characters, but botting? No we are european characters, why bot? We level faster than european botters if we party level even without being on 24/7.

Will we beat the botters in Mars?
At leveling? No, but we will surpass them at the end. There is an end, since there is a cap. At the average of level 60s in guild, we could probably much own any guild if most players are on.

Like I said, this is the better and best of the "guild." Replies, opinions?

Btw, being a european guild makes a huge difference, there is no reason why you should be against it unless of something eles I missed in this discussion.

Why would you start a new guild? Is there disparity over merging and the guild name not being unanimously chosen with members of the merged guild?

I don't really see why you would want to restart, having dumped gold and GP farming into one already in existence.

And then the sad news...

I'm gonna be inactive for a week or two in the beginning of october. My wife and I found a perfect aparment and we're moving next weekend. And it takes so damn long for ISP's to open new connections here

Better to be in one guild and I stated why. Also it'll be less gold. I really think this will work. I hope Seth and Legendary agrees on this.

Seth reply with a straight forward answer once you solve it with your guild. This WILL work out.

All of my explainations, have you thurly gone over them? my opinion and decision is for the best. Not just liking a certain name. We can starta new guild, I don't care. Think it over.

Wrong. Legendary and or Advent can be placed and owned by Seth or my noob character. I prefer putting everyone in Advent, but new guild is also a choice. I just every in one guild. It's hard finding other legit guilds to join union, so working on the guild first is a priority.

Although your idea of merging both guild into one is a good idea, but you have to take into consideration that not everyone will agree, especially those who are subject to not being able to join/stay after the merge. Like myself for example, most of the time I play in the morning and/or after midnight, which everyone most likely gone to school already or taking a break. I'm not saying this in hope of not being kicked out. Even if I do get kicked out, I know the reason why, and I'm totally fine with it. Most of the time I'm just out solo grinding due to my lvl cap between my char and most guildmates' lvl. It also seems I have a lot of things to do in school for this semester, even though I'm only taking 4 classes.

Anyways, even if the guilds are merged, it is not 100% that few ppl will stop botting... that is inevitable. They might be botting during times which you don't know etc...

There's another reason to why... but I forgot it ... currently studying for tomorrow... so mind is not staying in one place.

I understand's peoples times and whatnot. But I am referring to those really wanting to make Mars their main server. Those who will spare the time they have to play. Make it fun, not just.. ah I might quit or time zone is different or I like a certain guild name. It is about fun, and fun cannot be achieved if you are just playing with 2-3 people. Especially on weekdays.

You also have to take my opinion and statement in consideration also, my objective is one thing but having a good time is another thing that can be achieved with merging guilds.

I do understand your opinion and statement(s) regarding the merge of two guilds. However, since this is unanimous, it will be difficult to get this done due to most ppl having higher char in different server in which they do not want to leave and focus on the new server. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Advent and or Legend created for players in the same timezone? As for people who join a guild because of a guild name are people who will likely to be inactive... so I think they're not worth mention. One last thing, I think whenever I logged in during the afternoon, I always see the guild almost always have a full party.

If there is to be any progress, I think the first thing to do is to kick out those who bots first.

But yeah, I really do hope Advent will last forever... best one I've seen in 2 years of playing. Whether both guilds will be merged or not, let's just hope it will always stay legit.

Correct, and I fully agree with you. Though, some people I know play Mars as a main server, and most likely the union does so far. So merging guilds maybe a great idea, and "worth trying". =]
