Doubtful. They have guilds with some people that I know for sure bot. Maybe a few of them might be pure legit, who knows; but I know for a fact that they will never be 100% legit and committed to kicking out botters from their union.

Nah, but I've heard that alleyezonme is going to try and convince most of the members to go legit. Not kick them. Plus I've heard from a few other people that he might even go legit between 80 and 90. He wants to do full out general parties and whatever Roc Mtn has to offer. Plus, Yakuza is probably the best motivation they have.

Now, I don't know about multi-clienting. Considering that'd be hard for about 90% of the members having a 2nd or 3rd character.

Grinding in parties and getting to know everyones strengths and weaknesses like that really brings people together and more organized. who knows, I can probably assume many people will party grind during the day then end up botting overnight.

You cannot be legit of you botted to 80...
Besides, Noxx/Alleyez banned me for not liking bots anyway.

Yeah, they did. But that doesn't mean they're going to bot.

I really think botting is hurting you in the long run. You've gotta learn how to use your character if you ever wanna be successful in pvp's and such. You'll be a lot better off without botting, it's just playing your character for you.
And about Dynasty going legit, maybe them, but I doubt the whole union will, it's pretty big.
