hey, im looking for an up to date blader guide for the 90 cap but i cant find one. I tried search and found only str related guides, but not specifically on a lvl 90 pure str blader.

I'd recommend a blader guide, but it's for the 80 cap.

Some notice:
  • I'd recommend 90fire/90weapon/90light + 30 ice build. You can try it with 90cold instead of something, but you need light for being faster and fire for the imbue with the highest damage and for the phy. buffs.

There's a sticky at the top of C&S with different Guides:

Hi!
Bladers, do you wear protector or garm on higher lvls? Some say protector's also okay and the colours and style of 9D garm really annoys me. :banghead:

If you're asking me, I don't know. I haven't played SRO in over a year. :D

When I used to play, though, I always went with Garms. As Bladers, we really need the magical defense bonus. Our physical defense bonus is high enough. If you can find a good protector set, that's great as well. But your number one choice really should be Garms.

2c from a guy that doesn't play anymore. :)

There is no reason to be slowed down by prot or armor because bladers never die anyway^^

I would go 90bicheon/90light/90fire/30ice. There is no reason to put ice to 90 but with the novice snow shield bladers will be completely unkillable.

Just so you know bladders are the most frustrating builds in the game, but once you hit 90 you will be rewarded greatly.

hmmm

im thinking about going cold 2... not for snow shield but for buffs and also ice imbue!

you wanna tank? take LEAST damage... slow down attacks!

pvp kill would be...
ice + combo's
fire + kd's
repeat xD

most hard core pvpers have immunity to imbue effects XD

as pure str, you already got high phys. def, so definitely go garm. as a pure int lvl 31 full sos prot, my friend is pure str blader lvl 30 wearing full garm, he still take more damage than me when fighting earth taoists/magicians b/c as pure int i have high mag. def and my sos gear XD

yeah

definitely bich90/light90/fire90/ and maybe force 30 just for plvl.
