[Guide Part]
The best way to get Tiger Girl is to get a character (preferably a chinese nuker, a euro rogue or wizard up to level 52) and camp on one of the Blue dots. The Green dots signifies the border in wich she spawns. The Red dots however offers a chance to get her all alone but its a high risk she wont appear there. Last night i had the luck to experience her spawning at the North Tiger Mountain Area in the upper red dot.
North Tiger Mountain Red Spawn Point 1:

If you are going for a yellow spot i would recommend the West Ferry or South Tiger Mountain because the chances among the Rare spawn points is high in the West Ferry and South Tiger Mountain area. You have also close access to other spawn areas within those Rare Points.

West Ferry:

For rookies on unique hunting i would like to recommend the heart of Tiger Mountain (3 Blue dots around eachother)
I got my first ever unique kill there and i've seen her there multiple times.

I like your map with the three colours. but typically i've never seen tg on the 3 blue dots under the east ferry and managed to kil her couple of times on red dots.

Hehe Starrie yes there are alots of Unique killing guides around.
I just wanted to help people out and get them an unique kill.
About the 3 Blue dots. She appears there quite often, infact you have a bigger chance there than in the Bandit Den. First reason for that is all the level 80 camping in there. Second is that she only appears there 2 times a day maximum (sometimes more, sometimes less). However i know it wasn't complaint from your side, i'm happy that anyone replied at all.

Maybe it's also a bit depending on the server, i dont see lvl 80's camping on those three dots

Anyway, something to add:

Any unique does never spawn on the same spot two times in row.
e.g.:
6.00 west ferry
10.00 anywhere except west ferry (lets say she's to the right of Tiger mountain)
15.00 anywhere except to the right of Tiger Mountain.

Edits: Spelling mistakes

You're 50% correct when you say "she never spawns on the same place twice in a row". The only way she can do that is either:
1. North Bandit den -> kill -> inspection -> appear there again.
2. She hasnt appeared within 12 hours (seems like the north part of bandit den is her main spot although rare).
Logged on 15 times after an inspection and she was standing/dying there.
And about the 3 center dots. She can appear there, its a good possibility she will. Start from the south spot as i did and walk in the middle of the other 2. You will and can see her if you are lucky.

I haven't replied here for a while since i had to be sure of my claimings about Tiger Girl always spawning on the North part of the Den. I have found out that this is 95% true. The other 5% is in the West area of the Den.
I will also edit the map for a more user friendly one.
I will also add routes in wich you will get a Tiger Girl kill within the week.
Also a great tip for everyone:

Hold the V button while riding or you might miss her (every mob will vanish from the visual range of your char), BUT when holding down the V button you will see Tiger Girl as a White Tiger Champion without Tiger Girl on the White Tiger.
Early this morning everyone was searching for Tiger Girl, i saw a pile of mixed black and white tigers so i didnt really care. But when i held the V button i saw her completely and i didnt click at her mobs.
The place being marked as Close to Never happened this morning.

I think pressing V removes uniques too, as it does with Isy.

Starrie, yes it removes SOME uniques . Tiger Girl has a tiger wich she rides on. It reomves the Girl herself, but not the White Tiger she's on. Anyways map updated feel free to check it out.

when i was training around bandit camp a small time ago... She spawned 4 times that weekend i rna throught badit camp and the blue spots south and i did never found her

well its not like its definite she spawns on blue dots. it miht've spawned on red or yellow

this is where i'd lure. Best is somewhere off to the side where no one will look. For den, go to the edges of the wall.

uniques have purple dot on mini map too :s so you can just hold v and look up there

at least it does for euro uniques, i killed uru before but his spawns covered up his dot so i didnt see it :S

If you are hunting Tiger Girl with rev6.com as a timer, remember she requires atleast 180 minutes to spawn, 360 minutes is the maximum. After 360 minutes its worthless waiting. She will require 40 minutes extra as minimum and 200 more as maximum. I have found out that "overdue" timing will make her spawn at Red 2 Spot. And please do note that this is on the Athens server. It may not be accurate on your server but it works quite well on Athens.
