Im am currently level 23 with masteries at level 21, when i read the SP article, i was wondering whether or not i should level my character and stop leveling my masteries or continue with the 2 level difference. How much of a difference would it make on the SP i gain if i did start increasing the difference between Char lvl and Mastery lvl now?

your choice but a 2 level gap in at high levels slows you down so much yet sp farming is very slow but atleast at higher level you dont need to stop or slow down for sp
