This is a guide which will explain you how to change your equip into fortress war equipment.

1. Extract
You need to extract itemdata.txt (path: Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\itemdata.txt), i extracted them with the PK2Editor/PK2Extractor made by Drew_Benton. Open the PK2Extractor and open your media.pk2 by File -> Open -> Media.pk2. Then extract the itemdata.txt which has the path listed above.

2. Change the itemdata.txt
(example: chinese male armor)
search for "item\china\man_item\heavy_08_ha.bsr" and replace it with "item\etc\fort_man.bsr". You need to do that 6 times, so just search and replace the first, then search again for the second, replace it and so on.
Do the same thing with

item\china\man_item\heavy_08_sa.bsr
item\china\man_item\heavy_08_ba.bsr
item\china\man_item\heavy_08_la.bsr
item\china\man_item\heavy_08_aa.bsrr
item\china\man_item\heavy_08_fa.bsr
item\china\man_item\heavy_08_ha.bsr

Just replace them with "item\etc\fort_man.bsr" and remember to do it 6 times for every passage, 36 replaces totally.
Then save your itemdata.txt.

3. Integrate the itemdata.txt into your media.pk2
Open the PK2Editor made by Drew_Benton, File -> Open and choose your Media.pk2. Then click "Select" next to Automatic Single File Update and choose your edited itemdata.txt. Press Import and your done.

Male fortress equip: item\etc\fort_man.bsr
Female fortress equip: item\etc\fort_woman.bsr


item\china\man_item\heavy_08_xx.bsr (xx stands for ha, aa or whatsoever is needed in this slot)

choose "china" for chinese chars and "europe" for european chars
"man_item" for male chars and "woman_item" for female chars
"heavy" for armor or heavy armor
"light" for protector or light armor
"clothes" for garment or robe
"07" for 7th degree, "08" for 8th degree

so a female european robe-wearing 7th degree char need:
item\europe\woman_item\clothes_07_xx.bsr (xx stands for ...)

garment = chinese

search for
item\china\man_item\clothes_08_xx.bsr
and do it all like in the tutorial.... the tutorial is right, some other people already tested it
