I've almost got a 3 lvl gap, then i want to sp farm at lvl 33, were should i do so?

you are full int so go kill mobs you can kill in one nuke and lion shout
scorpions or those flowers

Scorpions are probably the best for you, but anything is fine if you can kill it at a pretty quick rate. I perfer to not hunt flowers if I had the chance because they dish out a LOT more damage than other mobs.
