Wat Monsters Should I Fight At LVL 20?

IM a archer and Glaive dude with high cold and lighting force and lvl 17archer mastery and i think my glaive and spear mastery is lvl 14 but do you know wat i should fight.
Any suggestions People Who are not noobs and i am the noob :?

First of all, pick either glavie/spear or bow. Also depends what you are doing. Sp farming or trying to lvl up? I remember i was fighting chakjis at that time and doing white tiger quest.
