Pure STR spear/glavie guides?

Are there any? I used the search function and typed in "spear" and it gave 0 results. Now I know that is not true, can someone tel me a link to a guide or tell me here? I just want to know which skills to max and which one is better: Spear, or Glavie.
And maybe some other stuff, thx.

3]third question what skills do you
think are useful.
