i wouldnt recomend going pure int bow
you already have low defense, why have extra low hp to go along with it?
i would go pure str because of the hp and the criticals

Very difficult to play with 
. I have a lvl 65 pure int bow with garms. If you still need a guide let me know. Although I do not recommend it to players who do not already have another char they are happy with.

This guide explains the pros and cons of force trees.
I personally wouldn't recommend pure int but..... I wont tell you to not do it either. If and when you do, make this character you must stick with it to at least lvl 42, better would be 52. If you kill it before then you will not have an idea of its potential. Actually not sure what lvl but once you get both books of strongbow and can shoot one after the other, then you will know some of the capability of your build.
The most important thing would be to make good decisions on how to compliment your playing style.
For me that means ice and light. Simply because I like defense.
Snow shield + the physical defense buff + passive+grasswalk/phantom =increased survival.
Of course I am sacrificing max damage from fire imbue and a few other nice things.
