[PK2] Abuse Filter

if i cant post this delete it please 
My first pk2 edit xD rawr
all it is is just abuse filter totally removed.
ALWAYS backup your original media.pk2 by just renaming it and putting this into your silkroad directory, i uploaded them on multiple sites, i had a lot of time on my hands -.-

not allowed to upload files here anymore i think. and.. if you really DID take away everything
. Oh the havroc. We'd be having swear word names everywhere!!! not to mention some "glowy" ones. not trying it though.

That abuse filter fix doesn't allow you to make users with GM in their name still

how about you make a guide on how to pk2 edit your files so you get
the things you uploaded?

I wouldn't recommend using this when making a character name, because if you use something thats on the filter, people that don't have the filter disabled cannot PM you

Kind of hard to communicate without being able to receive PM's, now is it?
You can't talk with friends
You can't talk with anybody else on PM
You can't sell/buy items unless it's from stall

pk2 edits dont allow you to make GM names anymore.. well [GM] names
