I forgott where i can get the quest stuff for the quest of the Lottery Guy of Jangan: -What do i have to find
-Where to i have to find it?

It's the quest u can make since lvl 35

I dont know if you mean what npcs you need to go to or if you want to know what you have to do in the quests.

Level 35 - Asa’s Grumble
NPC Salmaitarim ferry
Step 1: Run to Salmaitarim ferry and talk to Leeguk to receive Asas flute

Level 35 - Wangwun’s Request (Must complete "Asa's Grumble" to unlock)
NPC Jangan Wangwun
Step 1: Run to Wangwon and talk to him
Reward: I dunno, does anyone?

Level 35 - Looking for Chinese Liquor (Must complete "Wangwun's Request" to unlock)
NPC Jangan Yangyun
Step 1: Kill Hyeongcheon’s to obtain 100 Hyeongcheon powders
Step 2: Kill Ong’s to obtain 100 Ongs feelers
Step3: Kill Small Red Scorpion’s to obtain 100 Legs of Small Red Scorpion
Reward:
40,000 exp and 18,000 sp

Level 35 - Looking for European Liquor (Must complete Wangun's Request" to unlock)
NPC Jangan Yangyun
Objective 1 Kill Earth Magician’s to obtain 100 eyebrows of Earth Magician
Objective 2 Kill Blood Death Flower’s to obtain 100 Blood Death Flowers leaves
Objective 3 Kill Red Scorpion’s to obtain 100 Legs of Red Scorpion
Reward:
40,000 exp, 18,000 sp

Level 35 - Huhoan’s Book (Must complete both "Looking for Chinese/European Liquor" to unlock)
NPC Jangan Huhoan
Step 1: Run to Huhoangambling house and talk to him

Level 35 - Drinking with Huhoan (Must complete "Huhoan's Book" to unlock)
NPC Jangan Huhoan
Step 1: Run to Huhoangambling house and talk to him, use the liquor you got from the other 2 quests.
Step 2: When he says he wants more, ask about that book, and exchange it for the flute
Reward:
320,000 exp, 187,000 sp exp and 340,000 gold

No i meant, what enemies i have to kill.
I was at the guy at Tarim Ferry and replied to the quest.
I had to run to Jangan to the Lottery ticket seller.
The Lottery ticket seller told me something, but i forgot what^^
Now i dont know what do to.......

You can press q to see the quests you have to do. If there are no quests there (or they are not related to the liquor quests) then you have to go to the herbalist of Jangan to get the Chinese liquor quest and to the Adventurer Flora (near merchant guild in Jangan) to do the European Liquor quest.

Kill Hyeongcheon’s to obtain 100 Hyeongcheon powders
Kill Ong’s to obtain 100 Ongs feelers
Kill Small Red Scorpion’s to obtain 100 Legs of Small Red Scorpion
