You know uniques don't stay still where they spawn, don't you?
They'll move away if there isn't anyone fighting him.

Yeah sometimes spawn points aren't always accurate since they move so fast. Just look around near spawn points instead of being exactly on it, since they may be chasing a victim to murder

as for me I found him right on the letter "K" in Forest of Dusk that was lured by a 3X trader, and it happened to rain in all the three times I have found him so as in I should say "It rains, it appears".

Actually, if they go too far away from their spawn point, then he will return to his spawn spot.

That have must ben an event or something, becase i have tried "curse and run" on cerb, and if i go to far he'll run back.

u can lure him anywhere. Maybe he retunrs. back that someone attacks him? Like Yarkan running from one human to another?

I'm pretty sure Uruchi moves towards Donwhang, Tiger Girl moves towards Jangan and Isyutaru moves to the Hotan Ferry. I can only assume Cerberus does this as well.

No, Cerberus DOESN'T do that, I know so because i've seen it multiple times in kSro and cSro.. Unless they changed it for iSro ofcourse..

Uniques walk towards town but a very, very long way until they actually go in town and disappear.

i wouldn't try it unless u hav a healer with u
pot delay will make it very hard for u to heal while 30 mobs are attacking u, especially since u a wiz

also on the map there is another one that not everyone marks, its just to the west of the temple entrance, i've seen him there a few times before people got there, but then he could have wandered there
but 1 major spawn point that most maps are miss is next to the F in forest, he spawns near this building, and from there walks to the bridge or where ever, my freind fought him on the bridge i got there just as cerberus died though,
