I seached for PK2 editing of bow skills

Lots of guys asked about it but they got ignored

So im asking,I want to make stuff like

Making my devil arrow to a steel devil arrow

or 2combos to 3 or 4

like that....

Dont ask why,I jus want it

Can anyone make a guild for that?
