i want the pk2 extractor, any1 help me

the link in the majour pk2 guide isnt working, AND i used the search tool, havent found, will so any help will be appruciated.

well, i searched in your own pk2 guide but i couldnt find it.
so i went to the sticky and picked the 2nd pk2 guide and.. tadaa

has anyone had problems running the PK2 extractor? i keep getting an error 'Componet 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of it dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid'

rule number 1. search sticky
rule number 2. use search tool
rule number 3. ask friends
rule number 4. post
rule number 5. ask mod to sticky
follow in these orders. its really quite simple.
