Wind effects ?

Used the search function found nothing.
How do i turn wind effects on ?? link me or tell me please.

Am i noob ? or do i see no wind options in the launcher options....

There isn't an option for that.
It'll say "Graphics quality | Low" Keep clicking the
button until it says "No change".

also once in game i think if u change settings there it wont work anymore so ehh i choose no wind mabye ill try to pk2 it in later

it may take a launcher reset once or twice, but setting to No Change is the key. Just equip a cape from a grocery merchant and check at character select before logging in to find out it won't work.
BTW: you are UNABLE to adjust ANY setting in game (meaning when your in the world you play in) otherwise itll revert (or change) back to the OLD settings...which means no wind.
Ive tried to go from High and edit it back and forth between that and no change, but it all comes back to doesn't work if you tweak with it.
SO CHANGE IT ONCE AND LEAVE OPTIONS ALONE
