Help With Adbux??

ok, i need some help with the website AdBux.org . I was wondering, is there a way to get the money on a virtual paypal/account and use it that way? because i dont have a paypal card and dont think im the right age... so if its possible, im getting my porky lil piggy friend asap !! xD
