Erm Int hybrids Range from 60 points in Str to around 18 points in Str.
Protector For Pvp (IMO)
Int Hybrids Tend to go with spear as the extra hp and the passive mean you can take alot more damage so you dont need a shield so much also it will allow you to give much more damage to other people

if you will keep your magic balance round 85-90% you will
have a hybrid char that is proven to be strong. this is naked
magic balance, so without stat points from your equipment.
magic balance can be seen in Character screen (press C)
just keep adding points every level and try to keep your
mag. balance 85-90%

As a Hybrid Int you want to take on the Spear which does the most mag. based dmg. to make up for the loss of Int on your char. The most used Hybrid Int is an 85% mag. based Spear user... basically put 40 str points on your char.
I have this type of build, I'm lvl. 33 and I lvl up pretty quick...a good advice I give over to you is to go pure int until higher lvl's then change to Hybrid int. Pure ints lvl up faster than Hybrids so you'll be high lvl in no time.^^

Well IMO, there are the 2 main types of hybrids, the 2:1 and the slight hybrid...
If you go the 2int 1str route you definately wanna go with spear, seeing as your nukes won't be the most devestating out there. You'll have decent nukes, but your physical attacks is what you're gonna be focusing on. Plus you can have the heuksal passive that gives 1078 extra hp, you'll be wanting that
Then there's the slight hybrid, where there's only 33~45 str added during the first 11 to 15 levels, then the char. goes pure int from there. This suits S/S more, seeing how the pure int till cap makes your mag balance well into 9x, and with alchemy you can achieve 100% mag balance, making your nukes hit pretty hard. Now, you won't have much hp as a 2:1 hybrid, but with the heuksal passive, str you've added, and alchemy you can achieve at least 2k more hp than a pure int. Can you say survivability? ^,^
Also, take into consideration that int hybrids are heavily dependent on alchemy, and if you're not wanting to dish out the dough to stat or buy statted gear, then I suggest another build.
As to your how many points, it's basically what you want more? More mag dmg but less hp? or less mag dmg but more hp? Do you wanna nuke more or get up in their face? It's all up to you in the end ^,^
Best wishes!
