428 Phy Defense at 59, normal?

Hi, im glavier and using garment, ive got 428 phy defense (w/op buffs), is this the normal defense at this level? I mean, i met a guy and had 450 at same level, and he said he wasnt wearing any + or something.
I ve got all my cloths at max level possible except hands at 52, legs at 56+3 and no more +. How can it be? its the level 52 hands that makes me have less defense?
Does it has to do with puting poits at str besides int?

Hes probably got more str bonuses on his gear,and maybe slightly different %'s on his gear,resulting in more defense,some pieces of armor have more defense than others even if they are the same piece,it all depends on the %

Does STR affect on the phy defense?

I thaught reinforce just affected how fast durability went down,not the actual stats of the armor? maybe im wrong

phy reinforce on defense items is only how fast the dura will reduce by taking physical dmg. mag reinforce is the same but only with magical attacks =)
OT: about the phy defense, I guess it is with the str and % on the items =)

Yup, adding STR on your gear will raise your phys attack, defense, and your HP. Same goes for INT.

hes a blader ?? O.o' he got more phy def cause he also got shield......
