Idea for reorginizing town stallers.

Well, in various other games I've played, in spots where people want to sell things, there are certain area's assigned. I tried to not be as picky, but here is my lay out for stallers and how to keep the towns from being a confused mess.
Jangan- 1st-4th degree equipment
Donwhang- 4th-6th degree equipment
Hotan- 6th-cap degree equipment
Red Zone- Armour, weapons, elixers, and stones ONLY
Blue Zone- Job suits, preferably special items
Purple Zone- Accesories of all sorts (gold dragon flags included)
Green Zone- For selling of items that go into two of the Blue, Red, and Purple zones.
Green-Yellow- Anything else, if you're confused on something, go here. This includes any holiday items.

wats a better idea is, someone already suggested this, replace the stalling concept with like a giant stalling NPC
you give your items to a NPC and have it sell teh stuff for you, you get teh profit of course
this way ppl dun need to stay connected to the game to have their items sold, frees up a lot of bandwidth

Although its nice, it is more fun the way it is now. You can now atleast walk trough stalls and see some people sell their items quite cheap. (For instance getting 4d SOS items for 100-200k. If there was a global NPC, trading will not be fun, everyone will use 1 price, NO real market working etc.

Ive generally found, that weapons can be found near the weapon dealer in each town, and if not, can be found at the exit of the town, that someone that level will generally be using.
AFAICS everybody already uses a quite well organized system.

Sorry to say this but its a rather bad idea
what is next? str and int grind spots ?
come on! the fun of stalls is the pleasure of finding some cool stuff that just gives you a kick or ofc the frustrations of not finding anything
just get used to it less whining and less organizing should make this game a lot more fun, people whine too much on simple things.
just start buying your new gear before you even hit that level most of you start buying stuff when they need it ..then they realize they are late and these kinda ideas pop up.
just play the game a bit smarter and you will be fine. this plan will only make the prizes even more crazy than they already are.

i agree with borat, in an hour i found a black devil suit female for 500k, it was half price comparing with the ones you buy in npc and i found it near the even so-ok dude which made me frustated cause i always thought jobs stuff are near defense trader

i agree, it would be awesome if the stallls were a lil more organised. but the npc idea would take the fun outa it. less server traffic tho yer + side, i guess ...

I dont really care if the stalls are mixed or organized. What bothers me is that people stand close/on the NPC's making them hard to find/click. That sucks

by i play silk road
i also seem to be finding people selling pots and arrows near training spots, but for a much higher price

if 25% of the sro community was as logical as the ppl at this forum the game would be 10000000x better

But what if people sell all sort of different items (like elixirs,Jsuits and 6thD items) ??
I'm not gonna stall just 2 elixirs and the other day a few armors/weps.. i think most people have that prob.

I couldn't agree more. It's fun to search the stalls looking for good deals. It's also a good idea to plan for the future and buy items before you need them. About a month ago around lvl 32 I bought a lvl 56 shield because I know I'll need it someday, and it was a good cheap price.

Disconnect that staller. That's what I do...

I like the stall system as it currently stands; just wish the character is allowed to roam around like a "ghost" to check out other stalls or go to the front of Jangan to watch a PvP fight or whatever; standing there waiting for customers is pretty boring unless you're afk.

gota admit it is weird how on new servers even if you get the few who have played before areas for stalls appear 60/70 gears are aways by the blacksmith stones are on the rim of the circle from blacksmith to herbalist for 7d 6d is further around etc

Why PM?
Please enlighten us all with your knowledge of how to "Disconnect that staller.", so everyone else can do it as well.
Although if you prefer PMing I don't mind that either.
But ya really I would love to know how one can accomplise such?
BTW, I love to have a system where an NPC sells stuff for ya. As I can't stall cause of multiple persons using my PC. And I end up slling everything to NPC.
EDIT:
Forgot to add even if I sell for a price similar to NPC sell price nobody buys from me. I mean come on you can't get anything cheaper then that. These are items with blues I am talking about. I think they all hate.

me.

Personally, I hope SRO can open a special area for stalling in every town. You can only stall in that place when you are inside a town. When you are outside, free to stall.
I suggested this because... every time I go into a town, sever lag is experienced.

Well if I told everyone how to do it, some people would go around disconnecting everyone. You know how people can be. I'll say this though, it involves a certain item you wear...

Oooo mysterious, can you atleast tell what lvl the item is, or does it not matter?

Ahh but even if Silkroad was this organized there would still be newcomers to the game that would go somewhere else and overprices things I need

I think there needs to be restrictions on where you stall. 40 stalls around Hotan's storage just isn't cutting it...

The item doesn't have a level, but it does have a level requirement.

I don't like this... the storage is a wonderful place to get cheap items.

how about you can open a stall then logg out? Then when/if you sold everything the stall just dissaperes. + a time limit of lets say.. 10 hours. So that people wouldnt just have stalls constantly. That would be the best
whadda ya think?
