Can someone who has fully used a GT and knows all of its ins and outs....Make a guide on the proper way to actually fully use a gt?

lets say i start my gt at 5:00p.m.. I grind till 8:00p.m.. ok...my 3 hours are up... they wont start again until 5pm next day...

Ok...next day...its 5:00pm, time to grind. Oh wait...my guild wants me to come pvp for awhile...Ok i joined a share party. Pvp from 5:00 to 6:00...ok...do i have two hours of gt? or do i have to grind from 6-9 now? will it be 6-9 the next day? :? or back to 5-8?!?!

ok heres another scneario...

5:00pm, time to grind. oh wait were doing union trade runs today...Then were hunting isy...Dammit. Ok i wasted all 3 of my hours NOT grinding, now i have to grind form 8:00-11:00pm...Ok so next day? I have 6 hours of gt now right? then it would stop at 6 tho...Does it go form 5:00 to 11:00 on gt? or 5-8?!?!

wtf?!?!

im confused....

im getting my first gt that i'll actually use. (the last time i got a gt i re-rolled my character the next day. 130 silk down the drain.).

Need. Help. :cry:

Your start time allways starts the same. Everyday.

For example: My ticket starts at 10:30. I have it at this, as usually on a week day I'm not up then, but, I will have my time from last night to use, and if I don't use it all by 10:30, it will just be added to that days ticket.

However, if I get on at 10:30 and TR for 2 hours (in exp share party), my ticket starting time won't be 12:30, it will still be 10:30.

Hopefully that clears things up.

I just wanted to be entirely sure cuz you know...$30 of silk is kind of alot for someone who only gets $25 a month... :P .

There's a problem though that you have to be aware of. JM does not keep your starting time when there are problems with the servers. I had started mine at 11:40PM CST when I got my ticket. By the end of it, it started at 9:40PM CST due to all of the server problems this past few weeks.

So, plan your ticket at least a few hours ahead of the time you can play!
