I know u get an item to do it when you complete the Stolen sword quest but is it sold by any NPC?
Oh and reason is that i got this Sos item but its for female so.... uhm thx to whoever repies

only ones available are from that quest, people sell them in donwhang often, but not cheap, they also only work on items up to the 3rd degree (shownon the items info tag)

man i wasted mine on this lil crappy 2nd degree helm thing... Stupid me...

They should make another quest for high degrees...

You can buy gender-change scrolls in the item mall.

Prices:
USD$0.80 / 8 silk for 5 (up to 3rd degree)
...
USD$3.20 / 32 silk for 5 (up to 9th degree)

first u have to put the gender switching scroll in ur toolbar then click the number that its in and that should activate it then click on the item u want to switch genders and a little popup will say "Do you want to use this item" something like that and then just hit yes

Btw the gender change scrool you get from the 200 bowmen quest, not the stolen sword...or that's how i remember it...anyway if you aren't planning to buy silk and buy scrolls for real money, don't use it unless the ite is really worth it...like those SoS boots(btw i changed some sos boots myself from male to female).Pay attention though, you cannot change genders from 4degrees or higher, so the scroll becomes kinda obsolete when you hit 24 - 25. That's all happy gendering.PS : you dont have to put the scroll in the tollbar, just right click it in your inventory.

If you get it from Silk.. make sure it is for that spacific degree.
