[Request] Force Bower 110cap

I first wanted a guide for a force glavier. I leveled one till lvl 30.
I thought that the bower would be better, since it was more familier to me when i lvled it to lvl 48 in ECSRO.It was 90pach/90fire/90light/30ice (Cap was 90).I was thinking going force but the force debuffs were off.Then ECSRO Closed. :palm:
Anyway, I am requesting a guide for a force bower 110cap.
