Bard Only Build For Farm At Ongs

I want to make a pure int bard only build.. only lvl 80 just enough to one shot a ong.. What skills do i get? I dont want to add the useless skills like holding clamour.. I dont want to get a sub so forget about it.. I want only bard skills.. i farmed 200k sp at bandit stronghold. Im ready to start lvling. but i need to know what skills ineed. I know i need Noise for sure and the speed buff.. passives, what else do i need to get.. any help?
