9gap lvl 30 quick question

I am sorry to be a bother to some of you,i am lvl 30 , 9 gap 60k sp and my friend told me some time back that i could dlvl then i wont have to go through the slow exp suffering . I think its too late to this process , but i am going to ask others before i think positive of my judgement.Please if there is a way for dlvl i know how to do it , but where should i do it and what lvl should i stop at? I am sorry if this has been answered recently , i am just not sure of myself.

the reason you delvl is so u can get the optimal SXP from the mobs your grinding or getting plvled at. the idea is to keep a constant 9 gap for farming. try to delvl at a higher level mob, but make sure while u delvl u dont wreck ur 9 gap.

and maybe if u didnt know. there is nothing better then a 9 gap, u can have a 10,11,12 gap but u dont gain any more SXP then u would on a 9 gap.
