concerning hybrid bow stats

i got chinese char lv 18 farming at ongs i added 18x3 all str i wanna make it hybrid but i need a little help in the stats and what to add to get it good hybrid...
I heard i should add 2str:1int then 1str:2int in the next etc...
I feel like its hard to make 85%phy balance or
70:70 , 80:80 etc...
Pls help me get how to do that...
