2 Sentence Sticky, If You Don't Read You Will Be Eaten

So apparently you guys don't have 2 minutes to actually get acquainted with the rules, so rather than praying for God to give the next generation exponential increase in IQ I'm just gonna boil the important stickies down to the next sentence:
No questions, no requests, only guides or tutorials in Guides and Tutorials section; use the search button and the archives for fast search.

Just ask the question in Q&A or C&S, not every question needs a guide but if enough questions about a subject is raised, a guide will be made. That's just how the world works.
