[REQUEST] A Dummys guide to changing your language

Uhhh yeah I really REALLY need a guide to change my language... None of the other pk2 guides tells me how to change... And if you could could you attach a download file for the pk2 mine is damaged it says and I'd rather just download another one before I try to hand fix this one...
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
ps. If you could put a lot screen shots so I can see exactly what you are doing.... Like a dummies DUMMIES guide...
