No you didnt, I know you get only 1exp per pt ong until lv.5, and it starts to get a little better at lv.10... then it goes fast.
From lv.1 to lv.5 it takes prolly 45 minutes.
oh contrare, 1-5/6 is fast, then slow slow 6/7-11/12, then it gets fast.

It's illegit on Venus. The true definition of legit is "no 3rd party programs". You can get bot plvl without a 3rd party program, so it's not illegit.
Moreover, you said "according to the Confederation": sorry to burst your bubble, but the Confed has no power on other servers than Venus.

Hi im kinda new i wanna start farming but i didnt no anything about the game os i just kept lvlving up and putting up my masterys im lvl 28 and im full str bower and my master is 26 i wanna know if i can still power lvl.
yes you can. just do the curst heart quest from the potion npc, gather all you need to downlvl your masteries and skills to the appropriate level (lvl 10?), then proceed to downlvl your character to lvl 19 or something.
If you use a high level bard as your powerfarmer, you can activate Mana Cycle, so you don't have to buy MP pots anymore I find this very useful, I only lose gold from repairing my harp
