That's what I'm doing. Except everyone who plvls me is a noob and charges like 250k an hour so I can run away from ongs, die, and not get ressed. >_<
(When I tell them to move to another location, they ignore me).
When my union powerbots the party is always full before I get into it.

Just a penis, why do you ask?
You get a penalty then. So It's better to powerlvl someone on mobs 11 lvls higher (Then you have no penalty). If you powerlvl someone on mobs 15 lvls higher(just random number out of my ass) then he may get the same XP as mobs 11 lvls higher, but the powerlvler takes longer to kill it... So It's best to powerlvl someone on mobs 11 lvls higher
SpoT^
EDIT: @dann00b The penalty doesn't make that the mobs take longer to kill... -.- It's the lvl that does that... What takes the longest to kill ? A manyang or a niya guard ? (extreme example..)

Actually penalty affects the amount of xp and sxp gained not the amount of time it takes to kill the mob.
As for powerfarming on mobs over 11 levels higher than you is mainly for convinience of the powerfarmer. If you go to ongs at 20 in about 4 levels things start to get really slow. However if you go to ongs at 17 or 18 it will be slightly slow at first, but still decent. Then things pick up and you will get a good 6 - 8 levels.
As for leaving skills at lvl 10 this is only for those planning to stay at ongs for a couple of months. As they get to 19 have 9 gap and get power farmed to about lvl 27 (they stay here till higher lvls as they're gonna be ehre anyways) then delvl back to lvl 19 so still have a 9 gap and repeat. Over the course of a few months and a premium tickets, my GM actually managed to farm over 600k sp.
However this method i find gets boring and often end up doing stupid stuff like getting a sub mastery or useless skills wasting sp.
As for those who say you cant powerfarm with euros or pure ints, this is ludicrous. The only reason you cant do it with them is if you aren't intelligent enough (no offence) to find a safe spot (a spot where the probability of getting atked is really low, with exception of annoying people who drag aggressive mobs up with things like phantom walk). So ongs is really good as there are several safe spots where the people can stand for hours on end and not worry about dying. As well you have to make sure they aren't stpid enough to try to attack one of the mobs.
The method i prefer doesn't involve delvlin as i get bored. This would be to get to 10 then gap 0. Dont touch skills till you hit about 27 then move them up to 18. Start a party at the river east of sam, as the river is usualyl pretty safe and have the power farmer kill sungsungs or golems, until about lvl 37 or 38. Then Raise skills to 29 or so and have power farmer go to ujigis, theres a nice safe spot that i will not reveal, as there is absolutely no way of getting atked there (except for pkers or lightning thief dmg glitches, but likelihood of either is super low). Then you will lvl there till around 43 - 44, and you will raise your masteries to 35. Then powerfarmer at sonars.
With this method you will be super farmed and can 0 gap to a super high lvl
I will not state how much sp or to what lvl you can 0 gap as it may encourage too many people to use this method. But for those interested use the sp calc.
But ya hope this answered enough questions and provided some insight and a useful method.

Get a lvl 65+ to plvl you at Karakoram with Pennons. Surely you'd get some nice lSP from there.

hmm I've got a question... why not add any stat points?
because I'm starting a rouge/cleric and this is what I did:
I get my Rogue to lvl 9, gap 0 and I went to ong and start power farmin
When I reach lvl 29 I dlvl to 19 and start farming again...
Im 12 and I added all the stat points I gained...
Any advices?

Stat points are NOT masteries.
To "Farm" your player lvl must be higher then your skill "level"(mastery lvl).
Stat points, Ie int and str you gain per lvl do NOTHING to your gainage of skill points.
if you mean mastery lvl is at 12 and you want to be at lvl 19 with those lvl 12 mastries that gives you a gap of 7 when you lvl up you will be at the max 9 gap and then some and that is ok.

Even at lvl 22 as pure str in npc set of gear you wont have that much hp anyways, and besides if someone does try to agro mobs and kill you dont you want a tiny bit more hp to last more then one hit to allow time for the plvler to come save you? oO

considering most plvlers are botters the scenario is somewhat unlikely. plus most ppl go afk for long plvls. i myself do allocate all stat points, but im saying that there are those out there who just find it mroe efficient to leave things the way they are. perhaps they like to see a stat go crazy high?

Looking for a complete powerlevel Silverbreed? Dont you want to play your character except for the last 10 lvls? lol
I would discourage this much powerleveling because its like buying a character you dont know what skills are or what they do, when to do them or how to use them effectively. Yes I understand that being lvl 80 and just spamming skills works for china builds but not so much for euro(I dunno what your building). You really should just farm at 10-30 possably to 40 because there is atleast in euro a large jump in good skills then, and level the rest in share parties with no plvl. In my opinion pfarming is understandable, if you are gonna just plvl up to 70 or 80 why not just purchase the character since you arent doing the work anyways?(not supporting character purchasing in anyway because its ilegal)
