Et cetera.
Vampire Touch and Kiss are two related attack spells that are highly important to warlocks. They both do absolute damage and have the ability to heal you at a set amount (usually a few thousand HP at higher levels)- Touch is a single target attack with a cooldown of 5 seconds while Kiss is an area attack that hits five targets and has a cooldown of 20 seconds. Vampire Kiss obviously heals more HP than Touch. Both of these skills give the godly Disease status, which gives you a 100% debuff success rate whenever the enemy does not have Holy Spell/Word.
Since they're attack spells, you have to bind them to a key and use them actively (they are both ranged, by the way). Vampire Touch is pretty straightfoward since all you do is absolute damage the target, gain a bit of HP, and give the target disease. Vampire Kiss hits in a 15 meter radius around the target that you picked. For example, if there is a mob of six monsters in a little group, you can pick one of them and use Vampire Kiss. Five monsters in total will be hit; the monster you picked will receive the most damage, and each other monster receives gradually less damage. The sixth monster is not affected.
The most effective time to use these leech skills is
before anything else. All pvps should start with Touch at the very least because your survival depends on the vital Disease status. Without it, half your debuffs will fail (even if they state an 80% success rate) and you will get raped pretty darn quickly. After you get disease on your target, move on to stunning, debuffing, and cursing the enemy, and nuke after all that is done.
The aim of warlock pvp is to only take one real risk: the probability of Disease, because it alone dictates how your pvp will turn out.
PS: Although Vampire Touch and Kiss are unique because of their HP leech quality, don't expect them to replace good, old-fashioned cleric healing and potions. It is extremely difficult to use them in direct response to a strong attack because they have a small cast delay. Make sure to bring Vigors or cast Recovery Division if you have it!
