I always put my lv 1 chars on Hungry Megalopa until they are 15/16 and then move on to ongs.

Depends on the plvler...With the double xp/spx bonus you can get on 6 hours of premium and skill ticket like 40-50k (thats what a guildie once did). For 28 days would get you between the 1.1 and 1.4mil sp.

But that means you need a premium (gold) and skill ticket (gold), a party with enough nubs to keep the pt average low, and a plvler that is willing to plvl that long every day.

Prices vary from plvler to plvler and from server to server, so I can't say anything about that. (But obviously a more expensive one is mostly a faster one)

What I prefer is..
A lvl 52 Nuker.. or a bit more is possible too and u can get a lot more sp..
You said u can get 4x as much sp as normal mobs right? My noobie gets 8x as much exp, what means 4sp/pt mob, 12 skill points per pt mob with premium + skill ticket. 4x as much when the average is more than 33/34. This way I can get 2k sp/h, maybe more and he still gets the drops so no money is wasted.
The only disadvantage is that u will get KSed easily and if you have a good spot it will easily be taken by higher lvls.. I've experienced this myself -__-.

You get 8x as much exp/sp because you are only using a 52 nuker which doesn't increase the party average as much as a 72+ player, add more noobies in your party if you're 72+ to get the party average down and you will get 8x the exp/sp too.

People who are new to SRO (like myself) have trouble figuring these types of things out without pestering high levels on their server >_>

Another tip for your guide in the 90 cap; be sure you are a high enough level to be able to handle a Roc Mountain Slave Watcher spawn (good anti-bot powerfarm method, but is sometimes used against legit taxis)

what i did was just get a wizard up to 60 then delvl it to 54 :S the lv 60 nukes still kill ongs fast, can use lv 60 robes and get drops

So thats 262 divided by 8 = 32.75 average lvl.
So would i get the 8x exp boost ?

Yes, both examples have a lower average lvl then the ongs (lvl33/34) so yes, you will get the xp boost

cause im at sniperss with an 82 and im 68 avg = 75>74 so i shouldnt be gettind double exp, so i add a friend and now the avg lvl<74 but i get less exp now?
is it just the spexp that gets doubled or what?

The rule only counts with party mobs, not normal mobs.

That's true, keeping your mastery at lvl10 makes sure you will keep a 9+ gap throughout your farming, it won't matter if the gap is 10 or more, the xp/sp is still the same as a 9 gap

in 3 weeks I had 420k sp as a europe they get lots more exp/sp in exp share pt's
the chinese chars in my pt had only 350k.

If you invite 4 more lvl20's in your party (could be friends chars), the average lvl of your party is 80+20+20+20+20 = 160, 160/5= lvl32
And lvl32 is below the lvl of Ongs/Blood Ongs

If you invite 4 MORE players you would have 6, as you already had 1 lvl 20 with you.
You'd better say to invite 3 more lvl20 players

I planned to do it with a lv 30 nuker so..

30 + 10 = 40/2 = 20..
it gets doulble exp till he lvs to lv 18...

could be posible or just dreaming

Yeah, it still works, it just requires a lot more de-lvling and a very good spot.

The advantage of being at the ongs is because of the insane spawnrate and good safespots for your noobs to sit in.
