so only 5 people can take the quest per day?

Can you get Bandit Operational Maps while you have the sweeping bandit quest on your quest list? cuz its taking me for ever to get one and so far still got none (i probably killed around 30 of them and still got none)

I can't complete the Chinese tutorial quest - I have gotten up to buying the HP herb from Yangyun and then gone back to the General but it won't let me progress to the next stage. In the end I gave up and left it but now it's just sitting in the General's "talk to" list. I can't remember if it stays there until lvl 20 or if there is something I am missing. Any ideas?

And with the Cerberus quest, what level would be recommended to defeat it on your own? (i.e. you + random low level PC)
