I jus use a crossbow in the game, my problem is how to upgrade it.

Well i dont do any PvP or anythin.. is Rogue/Cleric hard to keep up with? Grinding.. High hits? i have a wiz/bard which is good and all but the skills are always the same.. over and over and i never find parties..
