The 9 level gap.
Ok, I hear about people leveling up and getting a certain skill, then delevelling. Does the 9 level gap work in reverse? I mean, like does the 9 level gap apply if you have your masteries at 30, and your at lvl 16?

Umm, I dont think so.. If you want to get to level 30 and delevel all the way back to 16 just to farm some SP be my guess. But, more than likely it will just end up being a dissapointment.

its all for farming at bandit archer spawn, when going from, say lvl21 back to lvl16(this is also the lvl you obtain a new weapon that can be sox), you keep the extra atribute points you have obtained(not hp and mp tho, they go away). With more dmg, people hope to kill bandit archers in fewer hits>killing faster>faseter respawn>more exp>more sp.

I may be missing something here, but last time I develeved (DC in the middle of a fight) to 31, my lvl 32 sword didn't work for me anymore. Sure, I was holding it in my hand and waving it around, but damage wise I might as wel have not been wielding it. I would presume the same goes for that lvl 21 SOx bow).

the level 9 gap only goes for the difference between your character leven and your maximum mastery level (meaning weapon and force skills). in your case develing back to 16 would only mean you would get uber major big ass experience points from bandits :p
1 hits and like 30% exp per archer
1 hits and like 30% exp per archer

Correct, if you delevel below your weapon level you will not really be able to use it. It stays in your hand but it basically is like you're fighting with no weapon.
I don't believe there is any lvl 21 SOx weapon. 16 is one of those magic numbers, the first level of a new type of weapon be it sword, bow, glaive, spear, or blade, so it can be an SOx. So people get up to lvl 21 to get extra attribute points, therefore doing more damage and then delevel back to 16 so they can still use the SOx weapon and kill faster with higher attribute points.
