Changing Clothes, Weapons, Skills

Post by robob8706 »

As of right now I am level 7, and currently following this SP Farm guide that told me to be an armor archer, and it briefly mentioned that if I don't like this I can change it later. Well I plan on being a mage (nuker). So can someone specify where I can make changes later in the game so I can change my clothes, my weapon, and my skills that I might not want?

The weapon and armor you choose at the beginning of the game has absolutely no bearing on you after lvl 10. Just buy whichever skills and clothes you want to use.

Just keep in mind, You have to strip off all the armor before you change to wearing garment armor and vice-versa. Then just buy your weapon of choice, you are all set. Although, if you plan on being a nuker, I recommend keeping your armor for a while longer. Most attacks from monsters 20< will be physical damage. In fact its all physical damage on the Jangan side of the ferry, except for the bandit's fire attack, water ghosts poison, and maybe the stone tomb ghost thingies. So at the lower levels you need to stick with armor for at least a while.

Some nukers never change from armor. I like doing pure strength builds, and they will be in dire need for protection against magic attacks, and thus garment is best for them. But they keep armor til lvl 12 or so.

Hmm, I'm quite new to the game... 3rd day of play so practically everything still confuses me... from what I've read from this thread, I should be able to wear "protector" armor instead of my "garment" armor as long as I'm passed level 10... I'm level 14 right now and I can't seem to wear anything BUT Garment...

Anyways, I REALLY wanna change to protect - I'm thinking about starting a new character just because of that :(

:!: HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEE :!:

All you have to do is take off your garment, and put on protect V.V

ALL Of your garment.

And btw - You dont need to be lv 10...

Ohhh... ALL xD Ohhhhh... But doesn't that mean I can't mix and match? I've read somewhere that we can mix armor types... or do they mean mix armor amongst the same type??? :?

Thanks for your help =) now I can go buy NPC PROTECTOR :D

Protector and Armor can mix. Garment cannot.
Art evokes the mystery without which the world would not exist.
