so how exactly do i delevel my skills? an dwhill i get my sp back?

80% of you sp if you do the quest the herbalist of any city give you or 100% if you buy some potions for relocate your skills in the item mail ,read this for reference of the quest and what you need to do and the limits http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=243
