Turns your specially goods to black/blue stones , same as consigment trading but you do it with yourself , oh and you don't get a ticket with successful trade .
/worthless .
Edit:
Seems that you know get tickets in Sro-R, if you have 10 speciality goods and travel from Jangan/Constantinople to Hotan (always ends at Hotan) you get 20 blue stones and 10 tickets, or if you go from Samarkand/ Downhang to Hotan with 10 speciality goods you get 10 blue stones and 5 tickets (half the amount).
Anyway when your job level is 1-40 you can only trade 5 specialty goods at a time max, when you get over 40 and promote, you can put all your goods in a single target trade.

Nice guide, especially considering the language barrier.
Interesting update on the job system, I really like they put a lot more into the job, but kinda disagree and dislike "having" to buy silk to upgrade items.
Also, so you have to take off all your "normal" gear to put oon the special job gear? Thats sorta what it looks like to me from the pictures idk.

No you don't have to remove your gear, there is a new gear list where you can add the job gear to it.
Edit:
A simplified guide from Myth Online
Introduction
Select a job and visit a job npc to get started.

Job selection can be made from the Character Select screen.
All towns have 'Trader'(Hunter) and 'Smuggler'(Thief) npc.

These npc deal with most of your job activities.
Job Quests
Complete quests to increase your job level.

It's recommended you do not start with high level quests, because your transport has low health.
Collect trade goods and return them to the npc.

Use the Merchant Pipe skill to summon a quest transport.
Target Trading
Target Trading requires Specialty Goods Boxes and the Trader Pouch skill.

Monsters drop Specialty Goods Boxes. Fill your pouch and visit a job npc to get started.
Start in Jangan or Constantinople and travel to Hotan to complete the delivery.

Use the Caravan Bugle skill to summon a trading transport.
A successful delivery will be rewarded with Stones.
Consignment Trading
