Atm im playing on a lv 70 ff bard/cler and i started to plvl some guildies and academy members but i dont know where and how to do it effectively i hope someone can help me with this

Lvl 70 that doesn't know the best places to grind

1. Average party level should be lower than the mob
2. Spawn rate must be high and close to each other
3. You must be able to kill fast (1-3 skill kill pt mobs)
4. Monster level should be 11 levels higher than your noobs
5. The monsters should not be aggro or there should be a safe place for your noobs
