Newbie Question about Return Scrolls

What is the difference between Beginner Return Scroll and Intermediate Return Scroll?
I just hit 21 and can no longer use Beginner Return Scrolls. Does this mean I have to use Intermediate Return Scrolls? Is there a level requirement? Thank you. =)

beginners are crazily slow to work. the more expensive ones take less time. and i'm not sure what you mean with the other part, because i used a beginner scroll about 15 minutes ago, and i'm over 21.

I was in bandit place and a message popped up that I couldn't use the return scroll.

u get thies message when you have a "go deliver/talk to someone far away quest" when u abandon it or finish it u will be able to use the scroll lol was so sad when i was doing the martial arts tournament quest i found lots of trader loot and i couldnt teleport to bandit den had to abandon the quest 2 times lol
